We hope you love your purchase, but if you find it isn't quite right, please find our returns policy below.
Send your purchase back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods with your proof of purchase, making sure it's unused, in its original packaging with all tags still attached to:

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface.
There is a return address label to use on your order receipt, we do not cover your return costs or refund original postage payment, recommend that you return your order via a trackable service. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange. However if you do choose to use a standard service, which means your order cannot be tracked, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Once we've received your goods we'll refund your debit/credit card and email you to let you know. Please allow the STORY team 14 working days to process your return & refund after it has reached our premises

IN STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on all full price purchases if returned within 14 days, in perfect condition with your till receipt. We do not offer an exchange against sale or discontinued items.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We do not offer refunds in store.
We work hard to ensure our products all to the highest standards however sometimes the odd thing slips through the net.
If you find that your order is faulty or damaged in any way, just give us a call and we'll sort it for you as quickly as possible.
